How It All Started
Starting this journey took a huge step of faith. Image consulting isn’t widely understood here the way it is overseas—many people don’t know what it truly involves, and some even question its value. I’ve heard it all:
“Is that a real job?”
“You won’t get far.”
“Too many people do this online now.”
“How will you make a living from it?”
But then—God.
What He speaks over your life is what makes the difference. It’s what moves mountains, opens doors, and makes the journey worth every step.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve carried a passion to help people feel beautiful—not just on the outside, but in how they see themselves. That desire came from my own story. I’ve walked through seasons of not feeling enough, not feeling worthy, believing that acceptance came from how I looked. But God showed me that true beauty begins within. He revealed the “pearl” of my worth and taught me to love and accept myself, and to step into the fullness of who He created me to be.
That’s where Beyoutiful by Bianca Leach was born. The name came during a time of deep reflection and healing, while I was leading a group focused on affirmations and building one another up. I realized this wasn’t just about others—it was about me too. God planted the seed, and the name flourished from there.
I prayed over every detail, including the slogan. And in His perfect timing, He gave me:
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” — Proverbs 31:25 (NLT)
That verse became my anchor. It fuelled my passion and gave me the confidence to move forward, knowing He was guiding every step—from where I’d study, to the people I’d meet, to the doors He continues to open.
This business is more than makeup, colour, or style. It’s a ministry at heart — a place where we can grow together, support one another, and speak life into each other. It’s far bigger than making things look beautiful on the outside; it’s about nurturing the beauty God has already placed within.
And today, I get to live out my heart’s desire—not for my own glory, but for His. Helping others feel seen, worthy, and beautifully aligned with who they were created to be is the greatest honour of this calling.
